01Agreement
This is a placeholder for the DryftOut public portal build. By using DryftOut you agree to the final terms, which will be published here before launch.
02Using the platform
You agree to provide accurate information, follow local laws, and use the rider, driver, fleet and other services as intended. Drivers and partners agree to additional program terms during onboarding.
03Payments
Fares, fees, instalments, commissions and payouts are processed through our payment providers and recorded as transactions. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm.
04Safety & conduct
Riders and drivers agree to treat each other with respect. Misuse, fraud or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension from the platform.
05Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
